2. Information we collect

Our website enquiry form collects your name, company, email, enquiry interest and project message. You may also provide your role, country and project type. Through social media lead forms or direct correspondence, we may receive your name, email, telephone number, company and other details you choose to submit.

We also receive your correspondence and any information needed to arrange a presentation, discuss a project or organise samples. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information about other people unless it is necessary and you are authorised to share it.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

3. How and why we use information

• Respond to enquiries, arrange presentations and discuss project requirements.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate requested samples or services.
• Send preview-list updates or other marketing where you have requested them or given the required consent.
• Maintain correspondence, protect our website and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the purpose, we rely on steps you request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting our services, legal obligations, or your consent. We consider your rights when relying on legitimate interests.

Fields marked with an asterisk on our enquiry form are required to process that request. Without the necessary contact or project details, we may be unable to respond or provide the requested service. Other fields are optional.

4. Facebook, Instagram and marketing

When you submit a Desinada lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you submit and use it to follow up on the request described in that form. Meta also handles information under its own Privacy Policy.

Submitting an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to ongoing marketing. If you choose to join our preview list or opt in to updates, you can unsubscribe or email info@desinada.com at any time. This does not prevent us from responding to an outstanding enquiry or communicating about a service you have requested.

5. Who receives information

Information is available to the Desinada team members who need it to handle your request. We use service providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery, including the Sites hosting platform, Cloudflare and Resend. Website enquiries are stored in our enquiry database and sent to our studio by email.

Where needed to fulfil your request, relevant information may also be shared with delivery or project service providers. Information may be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities when necessary for legal obligations or the protection of legal rights. We do not sell information submitted through our enquiry or lead forms.

6. International processing

Our technology providers may process information outside Thailand. Where an international transfer is subject to data protection requirements, we must use an applicable legal basis and appropriate safeguards. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

7. How long information is kept

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related project discussions. If you become a client, relevant records may be retained for the relationship and applicable accounting, legal or claims periods. Marketing contact details are retained while your subscription remains active; a minimal record of an opt-out may be kept to respect your preference.

Retention depends on the nature of the request, any continuing relationship and applicable obligations. Information should be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of your records.

8. Cookies and external services

Our current website does not include Google Analytics or the Meta advertising pixel in its application code. Hosting or security services may use technologies needed to operate and protect the site. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this notice and request consent where required.

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to external services whose privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee through its official website.
